Our Service Engineers attend breakdowns and work on site to service HVAC systems. If you have previous HVAC service engineering experience then we want to hear from you.

Salary up to 45K

Duties:
Mobile engineer from office based in Essex
Visiting client sites to carry out regular maintenance to a wide variety of HVAC plant within the commercial and hospitality industries
Equipment includes chilled water, air or air heat pump A/C systems, extraction and filtration plant
Attend to emergency callouts and participate in an on call rota.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have knowledge of air handling units, kitchen extract and air conditioning systems
Must have CSCS card
F Gas qualifications would be a benefit but not essential
Must have experience of HVAC control panels, understand wiring and be able to fault find
Previous experience working within the restaurant market preferred
In-house training provided
Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance Engineer

We require a Junior/Intermediate Designer with experience of HVAC Design to work alongside Project Managers on projects to design HVAC systems mostly within the restaurant industry.
What’s on offer?
Salary £25,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Duties:
Working alongside and under the direction of the Design Manager, Project Managers and alongside CAD Operators to produce HVAC designs.
Producing O&M manuals
In house training will be provided
Attend design team meetings with project managers, contractors, clients, and architects.
Coordinate the HVAC layouts with other trades
What Qualifications & Experience do I need?
Experience of using AutoCAD in the workplace is essential
A basic understanding of HVAC systems is required
Experience of basic calculations would be preferable
Must have good MS Office suite skills
Must be flexible and able work within a team
